The Rockabilly Petticoat Tutu Costume is perfect for vintage dresses, bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses, fancy dresses, '80s prom-themed charity events, Halloween costumes, unicorn costumes, or can be worn alone as a skirt.
The tutu skirt is nicely voluminous, consisting of individual webs of tulle that are tied together at the top of the hem. It may be that the tulle is a little "lighter" at one point, but it can be regulated if you pluck the tulle right.
The skirt is 2 inches wide, with S/M waistline: 23.6"-31.5" (60-80cm), approximately US Size 2-US12, and L/XL waistline: 31.4"-39" (80-100cm), approximately US Size 12-US18W. The skirt length (waist to hem) is approximately 45cm/17.7".
The tutu skirt has 2 layers of lining for added comfort and to prevent scratching the skin. Cleaning instructions are hand wash or dry clean, with separate washing and steam to de-wrinkle.
